Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic Exercise is an integral component of your recovery. These exercises, based on our evaluation with you, are designed to improve your overall function by targeting your specific are of dysfunction.  They are also used to teach you ways to manage your symptoms.

Programs include one or more enhanced activities arranged to reduce stress, optimize overall health, and enhance fitness and well-being.

At Active Physical Therapy we begin by conducting a thorough evaluation of each patient and their physical capabilities through both a medical history and physical assessment.

Sample Therapeutic Exercises

No matter what type of Therapeutic Exercise program is prescribed, our patients find welcome relief at Active Physical Therapy.  Each patient is unique, and different exercises effect the body in different ways. A single or a combination of prescribed exercises can be required for treatment, including:
