Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise is the organized execution of physical movements or activities designed to enable a patient to alleviate or prevent impairments of the bodily deterioration. Programs include one or more enhanced activities arranged to reduce stress, optimize overall health, and enhance fitness and well-being.

At Active Physical Therapy we begin by conducting a thorough evaluation of each patient and their physical capabilities through both a medical history and physical assessment.
