Rose Wrona, PT, MS Director of Rehabilitation, treats a wide range of diagnoses from migraines to plantar fasciitis and everything in between. She is especially adept at treating SI joint dysfunctions. Rose enjoys the challenge of treating complex cases. She implements a variety of manual skills in her treatments and does NOT believe in the outdated slogan of “no pain, no gain.”
Pam LeClair, DPT focuses on treating musculoskeletal injuries and has a passion for post-operative care. As a former athlete whose own injury inspired her to become a therapist, she has an affinity for exercise. Her goal is to improve the quality of life, restore function, and relieve pain with patient education as a focal point of her approach to patient care.
Kate Coleman, OTR/L specializes in pelvic floor therapy; treatment of issues surrounding sexual dysfunction, incontinence in men and women, pelvic pain and prenatal/postpartum care. She also focuses on chronic pain management. Her hands-on approach coupled with education and exercises will prove to be beneficial for your individual needs.
Sally Greenebaum, OTR/L works with clients with upper extremity injuries, everything from the fingers to the shoulder, including treatment of tendinitis, nerve injuries, arthritis, fractures, and overuse injuries. She identifies how ailments affect function and develops an individualized treatment plan. As a lifelong musician Sally finds inspiration helping her patients do what they love.
